Our standard attorney rate for commercial advisory and transactional work is $495/hr.

Of Counsel Fees

We may work with outside counsel or Of Counsel attorneys by collaborating on the work. Of Counsel and outside attorneys are billed at $545/hr unless otherwise noted.
