As a trusted legal advisor for companies across a wide array of industries, Dani brings a wealth of legal experience and strategic insights to the table. With a career spanning over a decade, Dani’s experience ranges from M&A counsel at a top tier law firm, to Associate General Counsel of a publicly traded company, to lead in-house counsel of an Andreessen Horowitz backed tech company.
Since launching Fontanesi Legal, P.C. in 2020, Dani has helped dozens of companies navigate complex legal issues, negotiate multimillion dollar transactions, and close strategic partnerships. She has extensive experience in data protection and privacy laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Dani is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional with a concentration in European data protection laws (CIPP/E).
